Service area
Seal Beach to San Clemente
We work across coastal and central Orange County from our office in Santa Ana. Every city has its own permit rules and its own conditions; each page below covers both.
01The coast
Coastal cities
Newport Beach
Windows, doors and glass walls for houses on the harbor, the islands and the hills of Newport Coast. We specify, permit and install each one.
Corona del Mar
Corona del Mar’s houses are close together and close to the water. We replace their windows and doors at the scale the houses were built to.
Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach houses are built into the hillsides and canyons, and the glass is what lets them look out. We replace it without changing what the city has already approved.
Dana Point
From the headlands to Capistrano Beach, Dana Point homes are built to face the ocean. We replace their windows and doors and take care of the approvals in between.
Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach is flat, open and windy, and its houses feel the ocean more than they look like it. We choose windows and doors for that.
San Clemente
San Clemente was laid out as a Spanish village by the sea, and many of its houses still are. We replace their windows and doors in keeping with that.
Seal Beach
Seal Beach is a small town with the ocean at the end of every street. We replace windows and doors here with the salt and the scale of the lots in mind.
02Orange County
Inland and south county
Costa Mesa
Costa Mesa sits between the coast and the freeways, and its houses range from postwar ranches to new custom homes. We replace windows and doors across all of them.
Irvine
Irvine is planned down to the paint color, and its houses were built to a standard. We replace their windows and doors so they still belong to the village.
Laguna Niguel
Laguna Niguel is built on hillsides that look toward the ocean. We replace the windows and doors that frame those views.
San Juan Capistrano
San Juan Capistrano grew up around the Mission, and its houses still carry that history. We replace windows and doors here with the same respect for it.
Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo was planned as a whole, and many of its houses are now on their first set of windows. We replace them, and the doors to the yard.
Aliso Viejo
Aliso Viejo is one of the younger planned communities in South County. Its first generation of windows and doors is now coming due.
Laguna Hills
Laguna Hills ranges from large equestrian lots to quiet established tracts. We replace windows and doors across both.
Fountain Valley
Fountain Valley’s neighborhoods are settled and well kept, and many homes are on their first or second set of windows. We replace them and the doors to the yard.
